i’m a very nervous patient ! and to top it off i was running late. the receptionist was extremely accommodating and sympathetic and when i arrived calmed me a gave me a glass of water , i had gone in for a routine checkup bit i had cracked my molar which needed extraction asap. the dentist was decisive , confident and gave me plenty of numbing !!! he was organised and didn’t hesitate which was just what i needed as i was very anxious. thankyou for being professional and caring and putting me out of my misery !
