In December 2026, our senior dentists, Dr Amirreza Farahani and Dr Omer El-Hamdoon, will be volunteering their time and skills at a free dental camp in Gambia, providing essential dental care to communities with limited access to treatment.
We are raising funds to help make this mission possible. Every contribution, no matter how small, helps bring relief, dignity and healthy smiles to those in need.

Mission Accomplished in Zimbabwe
Dr Farahani and his colleague Dr Omer completed an incredible charity mission in Zimbabwe. During their time there, they treated more than 160 patients, helped local communities and provided oral health education.
Their mission showed how access to dental care can bring comfort, confidence and better health to communities with limited treatment options.

Supporting Children and Orphans in Zimbabwe
During the Zimbabwe mission, Dr Farahani and Dr Omer provided essential dental care while also focusing on prevention and education.
They distributed toothbrushes and toothpaste, then taught children the importance of brushing, flossing and maintaining healthy dental habits.
A major highlight of the mission was oral health education for orphans, helping children build better routines for a healthier future.
Free Dental Care Where It Is Needed Most
The team treated around 60 to 75 patients daily during the Zimbabwe mission, providing care to people who may otherwise have struggled to access dental treatment.
This work has inspired the next mission to Gambia in 2026, where the aim is to reach even more patients and continue sharing oral health education.
Surrey Hills Classic Cycling Fundraiser
Dr Amirreza Farahani, the principal dentist at Woodbridge Hill Dental Practice in Guildford, attended the 84 kilometre Surrey Hills Classic Cycling event on Saturday 10 May 2025 to raise funds for Alzheimer’s Research UK.
This cause is deeply personal, as his mother also suffers from late stage Alzheimer’s. Every three minutes, dementia changes the lives of families across the UK. Research is the only chance of changing the ending for people affected by dementia.
Alzheimer’s Research UK is the UK’s leading dementia research charity. Their work supports scientists and researchers in finding better ways to diagnose dementia, develop new treatments and work towards a cure.
